God speaks today! Audibly? Rarely. God’s Voice (the Word) is louder than that!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God is passionate about communication. One of Jesus’ names is\u2026THE WORD. Over two millennia ago, God broke silence from the heavens by sending His very VOICE, Jesus!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His VOICE is creative, majestic, powerful, thundering, splintering, explosive, transforming, and LIFE-giving!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 The voice of the Lord is over the waters;
The God of glory thunders;
The Lord is over many waters.
4 The voice of the Lord is powerful;
The voice of the Lord is full of majesty.
5 The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars,
Yes, the Lord splinters the cedars of Lebanon.
6 He makes them also skip like a calf,
Lebanon and Sirion like a young wild ox.
7 The voice of the Lord divides the flames of fire.
8 The voice of the Lord shakes the wilderness;
The Lord shakes the Wilderness of Kadesh.
9 The voice of the Lord makes the deer give birth,
And strips the forests bare;
And in His temple everyone says, \u201cGlory!\u201d<\/p>Psalm 29 (NKJV)<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

For the Spirit-filled Christians, the serious Jesus-followers, that Word becomes His Voice right near us \u2013 in our heart and in our mouth:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what does it say? \u201cThe word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart\u201d (that is, the word of faith which we preach).<\/p>Romans 10 (NKJV)<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Get into God’s Word. Let God’s Word get into us. Let His Word become His VOICE in us and to the world around us! God is speaking!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A lion has roared!
Who will not fear?
The Lord God has spoken!
Who can but prophesy?<\/p>Amos 3 (NKJV)<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
