How God loves us!!! All that God did, does, and is doing in our lives is to bring us into an intimate and loving relationship with Himself. The marriage covenant between Christ and the Church is exactly that! He wants us to serve Him out of love … calling Him “my Husband” and not “my Master” —
““And it shall be, in that day,” Says the Lord, “ That you will call Me ‘My Husband,’ And no longer call Me ‘My Master.’” (Hosea 2:16 NKJV)
Paul explains that his sole duty as an servant and minister of the Gospel was to see to it that the the churches would be “espoused” in “simplicity of devotion” to Christ (2 Cor 11:1-3). And that relationship was the “joy” that Jesus had set before Him (Eph 5:25-32; Heb 12:2). When we begin living in this covenant-marriage relationship with Christ, bearing fruit simple becomes natural. (See also John 15:1-8.)
“Therefore, my brethren, you also have become dead to the law through the body of Christ, that you may be married to another—to Him who was raised from the dead, that we should bear fruit to God.” (Romana 7:4)
To accomplish this,God may often “allure” us into the wilderness … and there the Valley of Achor (“valley of troubles”) will become the Door of Hope for us!!!
“Therefore, behold, I will allure her, e ill bring her into the wilderness, and speak comfort to her. I will give her her vineyards from there, and the Valley of Achor as a door of hope…” (Hosea 2:14-15 NKJV)
And in this marriage covenant, God is not only promising His faithfulness to us, but He is even giving His promised Word to create within us faithfulness unto Him! Absolutely amazing!!
“And in that day will I make a covenant for Israel… And I will betroth you to Me forever; yes, I will betroth you to Me in righteousness and justice, in steadfast love, and in mercy. I will even betroth you to Me in stability and in faithfulness, and you shall know (recognize, be acquainted with, appreciate, give heed to, and cherish) the Lord.” (Hosea 2:18-20 Amplified)

Pacto de Amor – ¡Nuestro Esposo Celestial!
¡¡Cómo Dios nos ama!!! Todo lo que Dios hizo, hace y está haciendo en nuestras vidas es llevarnos a una relación íntima y amorosa consigo mismo. ¡El pacto matrimonial entre Cristo y la Iglesia es exactamente eso! Quiere que le sirvamos por amor… llamándolo “mi Esposo” y no “mi Amo” —
«En aquel día -afirma el Señor-, ya no me llamarás: “mi Señor”, sino que me dirás: “Esposo mío”.» (Oseas 2:16 NVI)
Pablo explica que su único deber como siervo y ministro del Evangelio era vele por que las iglesias fueran “esposadas” en “sencillez de devoción” a Cristo (2 Cor 11:1-3). Y esa relación era la “gozo” que Jesús había puesto delante de El (Efesios 5:25-32; Heb 12:2). Cuando comenzamos a vivir en esta relación pacto-matrimonio con Cristo, dar fruto simple se vuelve natural. (Véase también Juan 15:1-8.)
«Así también vosotros, hermanos míos, habéis muerto a la ley mediante el cuerpo de Cristo, para que seáis de otro, del que resucitó de los muertos, a fin de que llevemos fruto para Dios.» (Romanos 7:4 RV1960)
Para lograr esto, Dios a menudo puede “nos atrae” al desierto… y allí el Valle de Achor [“valle de problemas”] se convertirá en la Puerta de la Esperanza para nosotros.
«Pero he aquí que yo la atraeré y la llevaré al desierto, y hablaré a su corazón. Y le daré sus viñas desde allí, y el valle de Acor por puerta de esperanza…” (Oseas 2:14-15 RV1960)
Y en este pacto matrimonial, Dios no sólo nos está prometiendo Su fidelidad, sino que incluso está dando Su Palabra prometida para crear dentro de nosotros la fidelidad hacia El. ¡¡Absolutamente increíble!!
«En aquel tiempo haré para ti pacto… Y te desposaré conmigo para siempre; te desposaré conmigo en justicia, juicio, benignidad y misericordia. Y te desposaré conmigo en fidelidad, y conocerás a Jehová.» (Oseas 2:18-20 RV1960)
