Seeing is all important, since if we cannot recognize our trials as God’s Chariots, then how can we willingly set foot in them. Song of Solomon 3:9-10 tells us that these Chariots are “paved with love”. We cannot always see the love-lining in our own particular Chariot – in fact it may appear unlovely! Oh may the Lord write it in our hearts that He has sent these very Chariots to carry our soul to high places! May we learn to step in and “ride prosperously” (Psalm 45:4)!
